How long does it take to process and ship my order?

All orders take up to 24-48 BUSINESS hours to be processed. EXCLUDES HOLIDAYS & MAJOR SALES.

 

Express Shipping takes 1-2 business days.

Orders shipped Flat Rate typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive Orders placed during the holidays & major sales can take approximately 5-6 business days to process and ship due to a high volume of orders.

International shipping takes 7-15 business days

Local Pickup is allowed in our Luxe Mane shop in Yeadon, PA. Please allow 12-24 hours for the order to be ready and have a photo-id to present at pickup

 

How can I track my order?

Once items are shipped, you will receive tracking via email. You can track your order through the link provided or by visiting www.USPS.com and entering your tracking number in the search field. Please allow 24-36 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site after you

receive your tracking information email from our team.

 

What if my items arrive damaged?

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 24 hours after arrival at sales@labelsilyn.com. Please understand after inspection, we have the right to reject damage claims.

 

Do you ship international?

Yes, we ship international via USPS First Class Package at flat rate

Can I ship my package to a different address?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to. Your order will be cancelled if the address provided does not match the address on the credit card.

 

My order was stolen, how can I get a refund?

If your package comes up lost or stolen marked & Delivered by USPS. Please contact USPS directly to file a claim and send us an  email.Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please ensure you provide the correct mailing information.
